What This Is

Anger is a normal human emotion — the skill is what we do with it. This training builds real-world tools you can use to notice anger earlier, calm your nervous system, communicate under pressure, and protect the relationships that matter to you. It's for every brother who wants to lead himself before he leads anyone else.

What's Covered

  1. Fundamentals of Anger What anger is, what it signals, and when it becomes a problem.
  2. Body Awareness & Physical Signs Fight-or-flight response, breathing techniques, grounding, and sleep's role.
  3. Triggers & Cognitive Patterns HALT, ABC model, catastrophizing, mind reading, and cognitive reappraisal.
  4. Calming & De-escalation Time-outs, cool-down cues, safety plans, and lowering the temperature of a conflict.
  5. Healthy Expression & Communication I-statements, assertive vs. aggressive, active listening, and boundaries.
  6. Relationships, Work, Road & Public Parenting, partners, family patterns, workplace anger, and road rage.
  7. Long-term Management & Getting Help CBT, exercise, mindfulness, therapy, and when to reach out for support.
