What This Is

Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) is the framework used in schools, therapy, workplaces, and communities worldwide to build the skills that make everything else work — regulation, empathy, decision-making, and relationships. This training walks you through the CASEL 5 core competencies plus growth mindset and applied SEL in work, parenting, community leadership, and brotherhood.
